*Tool Kit CMA allows you to create a CMA direct from Paragon with a few clicks of the button. You have the ability to control what listings pull from paragon, make adjustments or simply hit print. In addition, the materials created include property flyers, prelisting packets, listing presentation materials and power point and property tours for your buyers.
*Wham Agent TXT Smart Signs allows buyers to receive a detailed description, photos and tour of any listing they are interested in. For the most part, most of the tools are self maintained or supported by staff so there is little for our Agents to do.
