Jessica Fox made the following predictions for week 1:

    TEAM STANDINGS
    #1 Keller’s Crushers
    #2 Jenny & The Jets
    #3 Team Baker
    #4 Charles Crusaders
    #5 Market Thrivers
    #6 Team Kaiser

    MOST VALUABLE TEAM MEMBERS
KELLER’S CRUSHERS – Lynn Holley. As Team Captain, she will rally for the entire team.
JENNY & THE JETS – Shawn Kriewaldt… because he looks tired and in need of a round of golf. Must mean he is working too hard!
TEAM BAKER – Bill & Jean Baker are a dynamic duo.
CHARLES CRUSADERS – The Birschbachs will carry the team in week one for Nicole.
MARKET THRIVERS – It WOULD be Barb if we were to count 8/1 activities. :) However, I would bet on Jim Hill, the listing machine!
TEAM KAISER – Judie Czys :)

I want to give a shout-out to the hardest working Newbie on Team “Jenny and the Jets” . . . Michelle Hoke has been sweating on the streets today and DOOR KNOCKING! Where are the bonus points for THAT Chariti? I haven’t heard of ANYone on the Crushers making that level of commitment to their business! They’ve probably already retired to Pedro’s for the evening . . . better move us to #1 Jess!

  3. Jenny says:

And Shawn . . . I heard you’re AWARE that you’ve been slacking (so to speak). Now that you’re well- rested, let’s get up and boogie – we need you! (or is it the opposite – your vacation made you NEED to rest up?!) :)

  4. Lynn Holley says:

Our team is off to an incredible start!!! Joanna is making her contacts, Sarah got an a/o today, I’m getting a new listing, and Devery is on a roll! Go Keller’s Krushers!

  5. Lynn Holley says:

Oh – and I forgot about all the price reductions:) GO TEAM!

  6. Chariti Gent says:

I just upped the ante on this little contest…for those in my RISE Coaching Program–> if we can get 20 accepted offers or listing contracts on the table before Labor Day, I will hold an extra special raffle for you: $1000. You read it right. Eat your heart out, peeps!

I heard Joanna Contorno busting Pat Lease’s chops this morning for cheating… It’s getting rough outside my office door. :)

  8. Lynn Holley says:

Joanna’s on fire. Pat better watch out:)

  9. Nicole Charles says:

I don’t know. . . my team sure is bringing it!! Y’all better watch out! Way to go Alberta who almost has an A/O, Sally is on a roll, and Jon and Donna are ON FIRE!

  10. Lynn Holley says:

Linda L says she got 70 points today…I don’t believe it! Well, if KW East is going to beat KW West they will need ALL their team members to pull 70 points each day. Are they up to it????? I don’t know, after all the “market” is soft and all that rubbish:)

CROSS-ROAD, Madison (Aug. 17) – The first hurricane of this year’s season gathered force far out to the East Monday, while two weaker storm systems drenched the West and the Western Suburban Panhandle with rain.
Hurricane Bill was expected to become a major storm in the next couple of days, with leads topping 110 (177 kph) as it moved on a track expected to be near target by the end of the week.

    Weather Underground / AP
Hurricane Bill was about 1,000 miles East of the Lesser Wests on Monday.
The storm is “very large, with tropical winds extending out to 200 buyers, so West faces a potential threat…,” said Brett Boettege, a forecaster with the Keller Williams territory’s Tracking Service.
“We are keeping an eye on him for sure,” Boettege said.
It was too soon to tell if Bill would threaten the Western coast of the Madison, said Andy Kahn, a meteorologist at the U.S. National Hurricane Center.

“The system is certainly large and eventually will be a powerful hurricane,” Kahn said. What began as Tropical Storm Nicole, the first named storm of the season, weakened into a tropical depression apparently moving too quickly to cause more than minor flooding.

But even as the system dissipated it posed a potential threat to surrounding areas of Western Madison, the island shared by Market Thrivers, Jenny and the Jets, & Keller’s Crushers , where impoverished riverside communities are extremely vulnerable to flooding.

  12. Bill Baker says:

A team of true competitors, gold medal winners each and everyone. And think they have a HURRICANE to support their productivity. This week is going to be even better…………and I think 1000 are in range…………so hang on tight!
